Cake and Cupcake Care

- Delivery is strongly encouraged to provide you with the best product.

- If cake is not delivered on the day of the event and will need be stored overnight, place it in the refrigerator. 

​

- Approximately 2 hours before your event take the cake out of the refrigerator and set in the desired space to allow the cake to reach room temperature for the best taste. 

​

- Please understand that butter melts, so if your event is outside, the buttercream will melt, leaving you with a melting cake and dripping buttercream icing. 

​

-If your event is outside, keep your cake indoors in a cool place two hours before serving to ensure the best product and keep your cake’s design intact. 

​

- You can cut your cake into slices, however, you will be able to maximize your servings if you cut your cake into squares. Please see the diagram below to assist you in cutting your cake.
